    Teach your students to think critically and challenge the status quo. Unfollow the Crowd (Challenging the Status Quo) explains the reasons for herd mentality and offers strategies to question ingrained practices that limit people and prevent innovation. Videos and activities provide opportunities to challenge groupthink and status quo behavior and to reflect on the qualities that all great leaders have in common.
